A retail estate of 240 stores needed consistent, repeatable Windows 11 provisioning for thousands of devices, alongside Android devices.
What I did
- Engineered an automated Windows 11 provisioning and deployment pipeline for 5,500+ endpoints using SOTI MobiControl.
- Built GitLab CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell and API automation for builds and deployments.
- Wrote runbooks and operational documentation for the support team.
